A lot of my clients tell me that they hate having their pictures made. I get it. It can be uncomfortable when you don’t really know what to do.

But here is what you can expect from me. We will laugh and have fun. I will probably tell horrible jokes, and I will try to make you laugh. I’m not all that funny though, so we may have to improvise. Maybe I’ll ask you to tell the jokes. HAHA

How this works

1. Send An Inquiry

After viewing the services, I invite you to fill out an inquiry form. I will be in touch within 48 hours to book our initial consultation.

2. Discovery Call

During our call, we’ll get to know one another and discuss which service best fits the vision for your special day. This is a great time to ask any questions that you may have and to inquire about a payment plan if needed.

3. Book Your Date

Once you are ready to book your session, I will send over your invoice. Once your invoice is paid, your date is secure, and then the fun will begin!

You may be wondering…

I strongly believe in the under promise/over deliver philosophy. I always ask for at least two weeks to get everything fully edited and uploaded into your online gallery, but it usually takes less.

Yes! If you would like to discuss a payment arrangement, just let me know.

All sessions must be paid in full prior to the schedule date and time, so keep that in mind when you are scheduling your date with me.

First of all… BE YOURSELF! But keep in mind that solid colors work best. Sometimes the busy patterns or prints can be a little distracting in your photos. Feel free to layer multiple colors within the same tones, but try to stay away from busy prints and patterns. And don’t forget to accessorize. Sometimes all it takes to take your photos to the next level is the perfect pair of shoes, gorgeous jewelry, sunglasses, hats or caps, or even a jacket!

My answer to this will never change. Evenings are always best. The beautiful evening light is the most flattering for everyone. I will always do my best to schedule with you at whatever time is convenient for you, but keep in mind that the sun is higher in the sky during the daytime hours and it can sometimes be a little harsh. Most sessions look best when shot an hour and a half to two hours before sunset. This time may vary depending on what time of year your schedule.

I have several places that I absolutely love to shoot at in Natchitoches. I will definitely share my suggestions once we discuss what look you are going for. If you want your session to take place outside of Natchitoches, we will put our heads together. I’m so excited to start shooting senior sessions in other communities.
